Nbody6++ deployment package changes

Version 0.2.0pre

* Restructuring:
  - Shell functions (includes) now under scripts/
  - Scripts intended to be used on the execution
    host now under libexec/
* Restart/Checkpointing support (submit.sh, option -fr)
* Staging of initial data file (submit.sh, option -fd)
* Improved output 
* Possibility to specify a queue (submit.sh, option -q)
* New monitor.sh script to watch stdout/stderr of a running job
* User can select different verbosity levels (not fully implemented)

TODO:
  * Force termination of Nbody6++ jobs using a STOP file 
  * Extended support for job metadata/statistics
