This is the source code apfswrap, the computer of apparent places.
apfs.almanac.read-fk is the source code given to us by H. Lenhardt 7/2007,
apfscompute.f is the derived Fortran code used by the wrapper, apfswrap.c is
the actual wrapper.  All other code is third-party with uncertain License.
