This is the plate metadata for the Applause plate scans from Potsdam.
We temporarily serve as the obscore index for them (and we'll do away
with them again once Potsdam does it).

We got the current (DR3) dump from Harry (henke@aip.de) in March 2019.

The test set was generated like this (in the resdir on alnilam):
