This is stuff from the italian BaSTI project

It is basically a mirror of an oracle database, the schema of which is in
res/schema.orig.

The raw data is in dumps; the originators  put a dump up on http now and
then; the current data came from http://palantir3.oat.ts.astro.it/paperADASS/
