This is a Carmenes DR1 re-publication.  We received the data by
rsync from the SVO (Enrique).

carmenes-targets.vot, mainly mapping carmenes ids to reasonable positions,
I got from VizieR, ivo://cds.vizier/J/A+A/670/A139

A browser publication managed by upstream is at

Since the upstream data is messy (the FITS headers of the spectra are
basically all bogus), we use time series metadata to obtain SSA
metadata.  Hence, you have to say:

  dachs imp t
  dachs imp q

in this sequence.

object_map.txt was an experiment in doing fixing the header chaos that
didn't go anywhere.  I still retain the file because it *might* come in
handy some other day.  It's not properly reviewed, though.

TODO: ssa_region should be filled in when we can do MOCs in obscore.
