A library of synthetic spectra of stellar atmospheres.

This data was given to us (MD) by Hans Ludwig 4/2017; this is pending
some work by Hans, who's going to rsync this up when that's done.

Basic structure of the data:

There are 84 simulations, from which come

* 84 "3D" spectra (+continuum); 3D meaning a 3D model was employed.
* 8x84 1D spectra
* 2 input line lists
* 84 line identification files

The plan is to organise the spectra in one SSA service pointing to
datalink files.  We'll probably have a SLAP service, too.
