This is "FK6", i.e., FK5 merged with Hipparcos data, grabbed from
the ARI homepage 2007-07-16.

I edited the download to remove the HTML cruft from above and below.

This is also used in the DaCHS integration test.  This wants the input
data in a suitable .tar.gz from vo.ari.uni-heidelberg.de.  To produce
the archive, say, in FK6's RD on alnilam,

tar -cvzf /var/www/docs/fk6-for-integration.tar.gz \
	data/fk61*p01.txt data/fk63*p01.txt
