This is the Gaia Catalogue of nearby stars.  The data Directory is just
a dump of https://gucds.inaf.it/GCNS/Original/ using wget -r --no-parent
(and then moving things up).

We were asked to put this online by Ricky Smart (smart@oato.inaf.it)

The maglims*fits files came from Jan via mail.
