This is a common SIAP service for the various collections of oldish plates
we have.  The contributing data collections are registred as such, but
do not have associated SIAP services.  Instead, the define servedBy
relationships to hppunion.

To add a new data collection (here, "dc/q") to hppunion:

(1) Make sure the columns in q#plates are given in the source table
	  with the names and metadata given here; make sure the object name
	  column is indexed

(2) Add <publish services="//tap#run,hppunion/q#im"/> to the table in dc/q
    (the //tap thing assumes you're doing an obscore publication, too,
    which of course you should).

(3) add the new table to the viewStatement

(4) add a recreateAfter="hppunion/q#import" to the data item of
	  the source table,

(5) run dachs imp dc/q

(6) run dachs pub dc/q

(7) run dachs pub hppunion/q
