Helpers to test things; some spectra, the fast_spectrum.txt used in the
regression test, and the two files the core uses in "offline" (no execution)
mode ("...scaffold...").

To remake the scaffolds, open res/spacecore.py, look for the if False:,
change it to true for a second, touch q.rd, run the service for
fast_spectrum.txt with error estimation enabled, and pull the files from
/tmp on the server.
