This is code that I *should* get from pre-installed libraries but don't for
one reason or another.

Eventually, all this should go away.

rjsmin is still here for convenience of people doing non-packaged
installs, and it's removed from the Debian package.

pyparsing is back here since Debian has moved to 2.4.  pyparsing 2.4 has
very fundamental changes that break several of our grammars and will
require re-structuring of the parsing code.  We don't want to rush this.
