This directory used to contain DaCHS' documentation.  In order to foster
third-party contributions, the doc VCS has been moved to 
https://github.com/chbrandt/dachs-doc.git.  This directory still contains
the infrastructure for local builds.

The makefile assumes a clone of the github repo is at ../../dachs-doc
