This directory contains the XML schema files that are used in XSD
validation by DaCHS (the dachs admin xsdVal command and various internal
APIs).  They are mainly copies of schema files from the IVOA schema
repository, but I've redirected external references to
vo.ari.uni-heidelberg.de.  These files should therefore be there, for
which there's an install target in a Makefile here.
